Only what we need to support each adopter: their name and mobile number or email, and their pet's name, species and adoption date. On compatible systems, it also shares medical records so we can pass them on.

Yes. During setup, you can choose which species are eligible for Petcademy support and update those preferences later. Invitations are sent automatically based on your settings, so you don't need to select individual animals or pet parents.
No, not for a standard integration with the systems listed above. A custom integration for other software may have a cost, which we'll scope with you on a demo call.
We use the information your software shares only to support your adopters and fosters. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and in our database using AES-256, securely hosted on AWS in the US, and backed up daily. Access is restricted to authorized users. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
